Terms and Conditions

1. Prize draw open to customers and non-customers aged 11 to 18 years who are UK residents. Draw not open to employees of The Royal Bank of Scotland Group, their families or anyone associated with this draw.
2. One entry per person. Entries are not returnable. Entries must be submitted to natwest.com/adapt and be received by 23.59 on 21 November 2008.
3. No purchase necessary.
4. Entries not submitted in accordance with these rules, delayed, damaged, incomplete, altered or illegible will be disqualified. No responsibility is accepted for entries lost, delayed or damaged. Proof of sending by e-mail will not be accepted as proof of entry.
5. Two winners will be drawn at random on 24 November 2008 and will be awarded 3 tickets each to an event at The O2 arena. Under 16s must allocate one ticket to a chaperone. The details of the event will be disclosed to the winners by 28 November 2008. The prize is not transferable and no cash alternative is available. The judge's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
6. The winners will be informed by email or telephone by 28 November 2008, when information about the winners will be available by sending an SAE to "NatWest Adapt Winner", Gareth Haggerty, 3rd Floor, 2 Waterhouse Square, 138-142 Holborn, London, EC1N 2TH.
7. The winner agrees to take part in NatWest publicity in connection with this prize draw.
8. If a prize is unclaimed after reasonable efforts have been made to contact the winner the promoter will be entitled to dispose of the prize as it sees fit without any liability to the winner for having done so.
9. The promoter reserves the right to alter, amend or foreclose the promotion without prior notice.
